UNILORIN RELEASES CHANGE OF PROGRAMME FORM, 2021/22 SESSION 

The University of Ilorin, UNILORIN has enabled portal for the change of programme form, 2021/22 session, TEAM PLATO confirmed.

Concerned returning students that didn’t meet up the crossing requirements in the Department of Anatomy, Physiology, Medicine, Veterinary Medicine, Medicine and Surgery, Optometry and all Engineering Departments can now apply.

Steps to follow:

1. Login
2. Click “Other forms and payment”
3. Click “Other payment”
4. Select “Change of course form”
5. Make payment of 5,000 and proceed.
