Year 2019/2020 Summer Rerun Calendar and other modalities
Registration begins: Friday 20th November, 2020 and ends Friday 1st January, 2021.
Lectures starts: Friday 18th December, 2020.
All courses appearing on the KWASU portal during the 2019/2020 session should be made available for students to register from.
Examinations starts Monday: 11th January to Saturday 16th January, 2021
Examinations ends: Saturday 16th January, 2021
Marking, Collation and Consideration of results at departmental level: Thursday 21st January, 2021
Departmental upload of results: Friday 22nd January, 2021
Faculty consideration of results: Tuesday 26th January, 2021
BCOS Consideration of results: Wednesday 27th January, 2021
Senate approval and release of results :Thursday 28th January, 2021
The CIT should make portal available for students registration as from Friday 20th November, 2020.
HODs / HOUs should facilitate registration for Sumer Programme by circulating notice of available courses on notice boards and social media platforms.
The HODs / HOUs should approve Summer courses that would be available for 2019/2020 before 20th of November, 2020 and thereafter.
Students should NOT register for more than 3 courses or maximum of 9 credit units.
Coordinators should ensure vigorous attendance of lectures, tutorials and acceptable engagements of students throughout the six weeks of the Summer programme.
Monitoring committee are to ensure strict compliances throughout the period of the Summer Rerun programme.
The existing mode of payment still stands i.e. N20,000 for registration and N10,000 per credit units subject to maximum of 9 credit units.
