Popular Activist, Shehu Sani, has said it is unsafe to reopen schools due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Sani noted that resumption of schools could have dangerous effects for students, The former senator stated that parents would not want to send their children to schools this period.

The activist, Shehu Sani, has said it is currently unsafe to reopen schools across the country due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The former senator on Monday, May 25, pointed out it dangerous to contemplate reopening schools, particularly primary and secondary schools during this period. Sani said parents do not think it is safe to allow their children back to school.

Sani pointed out that the resumption of schools could expose students to health risks.
